alpha

Scanned and enhanced by Kirk Rogers,
my friend! The hydrogen alpha were combined and mixed with the red channel from the color with a median/mean combine in registar with weighting applied equally. The hydrogen alpha had a severe light pollution gradient that when corrected, altered star brightness in the red channel, thus altering the overrall star color. That is why I mixed the hydrogen alpha with the red channel, to try and preserve the red star color in the upper right corner. |
