October 27, 2001:
I have been actively involved in astro-imaging with the 130EDT since April 2000.
I am completely satisfied with the performance of the scope and mount. I
have recently moved to the AP 600EGTO mount. I, also, just added the SBIG
STV for autoguiding. My formal involvement in astronomy began in 1996 when I
joined the Ohio Valley Astronomical society. I image from the mid-atlantic
area, including Spruce Knob in my home state of West Virginia and Greasy Ridge
in southern Ohio. My local astronomy club dark sky observing friends
accompany me on my trips to dark sky sites. I am indebted to my gracious
wife and two children, Stephen (12) and Jennifer (10). I work as a
pharmaceutical sales representative with
Aventis Pharmaceuticals.
