Saturn/Moon Occultation on November 30, 2001

On Friday November 30, 2001, the Moon slid in front of the planet Saturn.  This video has an overexposed Moon in order to capture Saturn with more brightness.  The fuzzy frames are the effects of atmospheric turbulence.  The quality of the image is greatly affected by the steadiness of the atmosphere.  The date on the video was incorrectly recorded as 12-30-01.  The date of the event was indeed 11-30-01.
